Makes such a difference in making bread

New review- plug is very hard to get completely in but is doable. I found I also need to set the temperature at like 90 for it to actually be warm. That did the trick.Old review-Not sure how to reach the seller so maybe they will with a review. It will not heat. Yes the plug is very hard to push in but it looks to be in as far as it will go.

Temp a little off but works well

It’s a little hard to zip, and the temperature is a little off, but it works pretty well. I just threw my food thermometer in there to check temp and it runs about 6 degrees off (stayed consistent in temp all day). I had it set to 84, but it was really reading 78. My loaf was proofed in about 5 hours

Helpful for proofing.

This folding proofing box worked well, maintaining a consistent temperature while I first fed my sourdough starter and the subsequent proofing of the dough. The box itself seems well made from good materials and the cord and controller are of similar quality.When you unfold the collapsed box a series of sturdy zippers locks the bottom, sides and top together to form the warming box. These zippers posed a bit of a challenge to start and pull around the corners of the box. I assume these will move smoother the more they are used.
