I purchased this food dehydrator from Amazon Warehouse, but unfortunately it did not work when it arrived. I was disappointed since it looked like a solid machine and the stainless steel trays were a nice feature.The good thing is that Amazon handled the return professionally and issued a refund without any issues. However, I also reached out directly to the company that makes the product to see if they could help or offer troubleshooting support, and I never received a response.Because the unit was nonfunctional and the manufacturer did not respond, I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. While Amazon’s customer service was great, the lack of support from the company is concerning.
