Wow - this is larger than I expected - read the dimensions carefully.I had a small dehydrator with plastic trays and decided to upgrade. I like to buy produce in bulk and taking three days to process it all led to spoilage. Enter the big guy! Wow, again - this thing holds at least three times the amount as my old one. I love the options on the control panel.The racks being square and reversible is also a plus. (My old unit had racks that stacked on each other in a certain order. I had to mark them with a sharpie and freshen it after washing.) This unit is just better in every way.So far I have dehydrated strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and apples. The plan is to test it with dragon fruit, pears, star fruit, and shaved beef this weekend.
