I purchased this to cut marshmallows. Spray with oil, press down hard, and roll slowly with some rocking action. It’s not “amazing” as the measurements between the blades are not exact or consistent. The blades could be sharper. But it gets the job done for what I need and saves me time! Not bad for 20 bucks when the real deal is $60+.Sometimes I even just use it to score the top of the marshmallows and then go in with a knife for a cleaner cut. It seemed to clean well in the top rack of the dishwasher.
