Fantastic purchase - solid quality, easy to use, perfect for dinner parties!

I’m really impressed with this split/dual pot hotpot. It arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was easy to set up and get started right away. I hosted a small dinner party this past weekend and this hotpot was the main attraction. It worked great - very precise temperature controls - and was quick to heat up (or just keep the broth warm) throughout the meal. The pot itself is divided/split, so on one side, we had a seafood broth (skewered shrimp and scallops) and the other half was a beef broth with some vegetables. Both came out perfectly!More generally, I'm just a fan of hotpot meals! It's just a communal dining experience and a fun way dine together with friends and family. My friends give me a hard time because I enjoy cuts of beef fairly rare (much more rare than they do) but that's the beauty of a hotpot meal: everyone can cook their steaks, etc to their liking!The overall quality of the hotpot is what stood out most: it feels solid and well made - the glass cover and metal pot itself is meant to last for years. I’d absolutely buy it again and would confidently suggest this hotpot to anyone

Definite MUST HAVE for hot pot lovers

Since we have different taste and want different soup base, it serves the purpose. The pot's top edge and under the handle area are a bit sharp. Design of the lid handle is nice that you can leave it standing since we don't need to cover the pot while eating. After use, storing becomes a bit of an issue with the lid since it takes up more space than usual. Hot plate temperature regulator moves in stepwise fashion and is not as responsive as I have hoped. However, once we get used to its behavior, we should be okay.
