Well-designed food warming mat
This warming mat is great! The package includes a heat-resistant pad to keep it thermally isolated from your table surface and a 6ft power cable. There are six temperature settings: 122F, 140F, 158F, 176F, 194F, and 212F. My infrared thermometer confirms that the mat heats to the specified temperatures within several degrees (with the exception of 158F, which was 7 degrees lower). The temperature does vary a bit across the mat, but any plates or bowls you have on the mat will probably be large enough to cover enough surface area to get a close average (it's not an industrial tool, so I wouldn't use it if you need to heat a chemical to an exact temperature). There's a 0-6H timer feature (in one hour increments) so you don't have to turn it off manually too. It's easy to clean and rolls up compactly for storage in the included drawstring cloth bag. This will get a lot of use for family gatherings during the holidays!

Have been wanting to get one of these warming mats for a while so finally pulled the trigger. It's easy to roll out, turn on and throw an item on to keep warm. It can hold a lot of items on it, which is nice. I do like that it has multiple temperature settings and it has a lock feature so that you don't accidentally change the temperature. You can also use it to proof your bread quickly or start a sourdough starter. I love the cream color will go with my kitchen as well. This warming mat will help so much for when stove space is at a premium during the upcoming holiday cooking!
