Great Alternative to Plastic Cutting Boards
I have been trying to replace my plastic cutting boards with more natural materials, so I was excited to try this Stainless-Steel Cutting Board. I also have a wood cutting board for my vegetable chopping but wanted something separate from it to cut meat on and also think it’s not as sanitary to cut meat on wood. This Stainless-Steel Cutting board is made of very durable metal and looks really nice in person. I know there are negatives to cutting on metal, but I figure it won’t be so bad because I won’t use it as often with just cutting meat on it. Overall, I love the cutting board and highly recommend it.

The Stainless Steel Cutting Board
My first one of these cutting boards was shipped via USPS in a padded envelope. Bad choice. It arrived in kind of an "L" shape due to rough handling by the Post Office. I returned it and it was replaced, this time shipped in a cardboard box. It arrived in great shape.I gave it a try this morning and it seems to work just fine. I cut up mushrooms, onions and potatoes and I could not see any signs of wear. It appears that I tend to cut slower than I would on my typical cutting board, but what's the difference of a minute or two make.I do like this product and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in not using a plastic cutting surface.11/21/2025 After a week or so of using this, I have a few more comments to make. It cleans up super easy. I find it best to wipe it dry after it sits for a few minutes and that avoids water spotting on it. All in all, I really do like this cutting board.My only negative comments on this would be that the stainless steel will show light scratch marks and that it does tend to dull my chef's knife a bit faster than other cutting boards I have. But that is no big deal because all it takes is a few strokes on my sharpening steel and it's good as new.

Deceptively heavy - easy to clean!
This is definitely one of my favorite cutting boards I own in terms of ease of cleaning. I love a cutting board that I can throw into the dishwasher and not worry about it degrading.I also like that no matter how much I cut on it, I don't have to worry about eventually getting splinters of plastic or silicone in my food.This is an extremely durable cutting board, and it weighs more than I was expecting. It's fairly heavy, so I haven't had any issues with it sliding around while I'm using it (but I also haven't used it for cutting something like watermelon).I was also concerned about the sound while cutting on it; I recently also used my first glass cutting boards, and those are quite noisy with each cut, but the stainless steel is much quieter, which I'm glad about.It is worth noting that there are no feet, nor is there a drip lip on this cutting board, so things will likely get messy if you choose to cut anything particularly juicy or wet on it. It's also a bit small for those sorts of tasks.Because of its design, it may not be the most versatile cutting board, but I do like the sanitary aspects it offers, and it's definitely become my go-to for a lot of chopping!

The cutting board arrived in a cardboard box, so it wasn't misshapen.I was surprised by its weight. It's a nice, solid piece of stainless steel. Flexible yet sturdy and solid. It looks very cool.In use, I'm satisfied. It cleans up by hand super easy. The dishwasher also had no ill effects after several washes. Some light scratches appeared after repeated use, but I would expect that.Be aware that stainless steel will dull your knives very quickly. I use it for easy to cut items such as veggies, and I don't use my best knives on it. Bearing that in mind, the cutting board is easy to use and to clean. It really looks cool to serve items on.It think its a reasonable price for a quality piece of stainless.

Solid Stainless Cutting Board
I picked up this Stainless Steel cutting board to replace some light plastic as well as wooden cutting boards I have. This board is quite heavy for its size but not unexpected since it’s solid stainless steel. It adds a distinctive look in my kitchen as well as being a very useful item. Some other reviews have mentioned that it dulls out your knives faster than wood or composite cutting boards and this seems logical although I haven’t used mine long enough to confirm this. I would have liked it to be a bit larger but it’s very useful for smaller cutting needs. The stainless steel is super bright and shiny and I really like the looks of it. Fairly reasonable price for a solid stainless piece.

This compact stainless steel cutting board is the best-quality and the most used cutting board I own. Initially, I thought I would use the board only for raw meats. Then I discovered that this stainless-steel board is kinder and gentler to my good kitchen knives than a wooden board. My knives stay sharper. This board wins hands down over a wooden board in ease of cleaning, too. Smells don't stick to this stainless-steel board, either (think onions). I got this stainless steel cutting board to replace my plastic and bamboo cutting boards. This absolutely did not disappoint and I'm highly satisfied with the durability. It is worth noting that it is heavy, but that is expected considering the material, size, and quality. Another thing worth noting is that this will dull your knives faster and you will need to have a sharpener for them. However, for me this is an okay trade-off for a more hygienic cutting board. Cleaning it was a breeze and so easy to dry before putting back in my cabinet. If you're wanting this to be a pretty display cutting board, just know that every time you use it there will be small scratches along the stainless steel. This is a great value cutting board and I'll be using it daily.
