Able to use with Vitamix A3500i

This container is able to use for my Vitamix A3500i. The lid has to close properly otherwise the juice will spill out while blending. I am happy at least it is suitable for A3500i.The design is almost the same as the original Vitamix except for the lid.

Broke after 3 months

Do not purchase this product if you use the Ascent series. We bought this replacement for ours and it only lasted 3 months before it no longer worked. Not worth it, buy from Vitamix!

Low quality item that breaks quickly and misses safety features

It doesn't have the safety feature where it stops blending if the cap isn't on properly. I guess it's a good thing, because after less than 4 months, the cap broke off and now the lid doesn't seal properly anymore.

I am an Amazon Vine reviewer. I choose the items I want to review. I usually test the products I chose for 30 days before writing my reviews.I am reviewing the for Vitamix Blenders 64oz Ascent Container, replace A2300 A2500 A3300 A3500 X2 X3 X4 X5 V1200 V1500, compatible with Ascent/Ascent X/Venturist Series Pitcher Jar Cup. I chose this item because I wanted a larger picture and this was quite a bit less expensive than the name brand version. I did see several other reviewers stating their Vitamix did not register this picture. I have a much older analog Vitamix mixer which does not have an NFC chip reader and I don't have any problems using this picture. I like the size of this picture. I feel the plastic is thick and sturdy. My only criticism is that the insert at the top does not sit in solidly and does vibrate around and can cause leakage. Other than that, one small flaw I would recommend this to anyone that has an older version Vitamix that does not have an electronic chip reader in it. One other thing I saw with other reviewers was that they had issues with their rusting. I do not place mine in the dishwasher, nor do I put mine in the sink. I wash mine immediately after I run it and hand dry it so that there's not a chance for water to sit and begin to rest. Overall, I would recommend this to others who are looking for a lower cost alternative to the name brand pitcher.I hope this review helps and Happy Shopping!
