Great Taco Holder

I bought some ceramic taco holders that hold three tacos, but they are too big to place on a dinner plate.These plastic single taco holders do a great job with hard taco shells and soft tortillas.They are very stable and hold the taco off the surface of the plate, so they don't get soggy.They are dishwasher safe, too.

Does the job for filling taco shells.

I’m surprised they didn’t come broken as there was no packing material. Those little things were in a huge Amazon back.They are a little difficult to clean because of the hollow areas underneath, especially if food gets under it and you want to handwash them. If you put them in the dishwasher, they tend to float up with the water pressure (even on the top rack) and end up down in the bottom of the dishwasher. They are very lightweight and cheaply made.But for the positives. The price was good for 18 of them. They do hold a normal small taco shell great for loading and putting on a plate. Once you start eating the taco, and set it back down in the holder, it’s hard to get it back out to eat because it then falls down too deep inside the holder to pick up again.But being able to fill taco shells and get them to the table without all the insides falling out makes them a worthwhile purchase. I considered getting the plates from another company but I thought about how much extra storage would be needed for the special plates and I do t have a lot of cupboard space. These stack nice and don’t take up a lot of room between uses.

Wanted something reusable to hold tacos upright while filling. Only ones I could find reusable that would fit on a plate and hold a taco for filling. Wanted to use for our church taco night. Came in packs of 18 reasonably priced. Bought four. They would do good to make one for 2 tacos.
