Great value and performance.
I have seen other silicone baking sheets at double the cost. This one I took a chance on and I am not sorry. There are several features I really love. It has a bordered edge that is ruled in centimeters. You can use it to roll out your pastry dough and then measure and indent what you need. It bakes very well. I have done cookies, pizza, croissants, danish. I even drizzled on butter and sugar to make little candy pieces for sprinkling. They came right off and were fab on ice cream. The underside of you pastries will not burn or stick. The clean up is very easy just rub with soapy water and rinse. I have used it lots of times and very few stains so far. But this does not affect the quality, just appearance of the mat. I would recommend this for sure.

Awesome pie mat
This pie mat met every expectation. Relatively inexpensive compared to other mats. It lays flat and does not move on your counter top. It does not slide so it is great for rolling pie crusts or pizza crusts, both of what we have tried. It also cleans up, rolls up and stores easily. If we had the room, we would leave it out on the counter all the time. It is very inexpensive to make your own crusts instead of buying them at the grocery store. The info printed on the mat is useful too as a quck reference and it has the rings so you know what size to roll your crust out too.

Really clung to my formica countertop well
This is the econd pastry mat purchased during the pandemic from amazon. We are making our own noodles and ravioli during the pandemic and rolling stiff dough to 1/8 inch thickness WITHOUT the mat moving on the countertop was a challenge for the first one, but no problem for this mat. It clings so well you can even push every air bubble out for a fabulous seal. If you roll dough a few times a year, a cheap mat is fine, if you are doing it several times a week, splurge on one a little more costly that works, like this one. I liked the thickness, too. I will never use this mat in the oven even though it says it is over safe. I want it to stay fresh and nice for my rolling pin projects.

Best Mat For Rolling Out Dough
My daughter bakes pie a lot. She has a very wide counter and uses flour to roll out her dough. This us a messy but the old tried and true method if rolling out pie dough.I found this silicone baking mat in another website for almost twice the price. This price cannot be beat. I used a similarsilicone mat for years to roll out pie dough, however, that mat would slip and slide, no matter what I tried. This mat stays in one place. The convenient circles measure the dough you want to roll out for almost any size pie plate. It is convenient and works well. You think to yourself, "Why have I waited so long?" Great for Toaster Oven
I cut this mat to fit my toaster-oven pan. I was sick of lining the pan with and throwing away aluminum foil, and this is completely reusable. It washes easily after each use--I usually hand-wash it, though it's fine in the top rack of the dishwasher. Be aware it does retain some staining, which I've found typical of all my silicone mats. So far I've used it for baking potatoes, hot dogs, crab cakes and chicken, and toasting nuts--all in the toaster oven with temperatures from 350F to 450F. Greasing the surface is entirely unnecessary because the silicone is easy-release.

I read all the reviews carefully before buying these to replace the silicone mats I had before that warped so badly they messed up my cookies. After comparing all the brands offered, including the silpat ones, I am so glad I selected these. They were affordable, do not warp, and work great. After cooking turkey bacon I did notice some staining, as I expected I would. This happens with more expensive brands as well. I have yet to notice any odors mentioned in other reviews I have read about using silicone mats. I like the temperature rating on these mats and love the measurements printed on them too. I hand wash them, very easy and takes seconds, very happy with the price. No longer buying parchment paper or worrying about the safety of my aluminum sheet pans. I liked them enough to order a second time and would consider this an item gift worthy for those who cook. Excellent product at a great price.
