The donuts came out great and easily come out of the pan. The pans clean up easy and well made. The price was great. The size I thought were a little small at first, but after baking everything up, I feel that they were just the right size.
These Fox Run non-stick mini donut pans are fantastic, and for the price, you can't beat it. It truly is non-stick and you won't "beat up" your donuts trying to remove them from the pan.Most donut recipes featured online or otherwise are for the regular sized 6 donut pan and I often find that when using one of these recipes in conjunction with the 12 mini donut pan, I often have some batter left over. This is not a criticism, just an observation and something that should be kept in mind.Cleaning the non-stick mini donut pan is super easy and that's always a plus for me as I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and washing up pots/utensils and dishes.
I needed this Fox Run Non-Stick, Donut Pan, Metallic pour a recipe and it worked out fantastically. It works well. The shape is fantastic. Ease of cleaning are great.
I sprayed a little cooking spray in the pan anyways (I guess out of habit) I made 3 batches of donuts back to back in this pan and they all turned out perfect. Easy to get out of the pan and super quick to clean. I just wish it was double the size, making 24 donuts, as it would save me a lot of time.
So it’s my first time making donuts and honestly I didn’t know what to expect but I do know when it’s a good pan but I’m a baker and I bake all the time. The sturdiness of this pan is so impressive! And also just the quality of it! And price! So worth it! I used Pam on it when I baked my donuts. One thing I would say is that one side of the donuts will be more brown than the other side which is make the meh part about the pan but otherwise it cooks evenly, easy to clean and I would totally buy it again.
These pans are very nice and make perfect small donuts. The nonstick has worked great through a few washings (all they've been used).Note that this does make very small donuts, about the size of a 50 cent piece. If that is too small, I would recommend getting the 6 per pan version, as those are more traditional size. However, if small donuts are what you are looking for these will be perfect.
