Works well

After suffering a stroke, I sometimes have an issue with cutlery handles that are ill shaped. The handle is a good size and study. I initially bought this to use with cookie dough to make cookie “fries” so sharpness wasn’t a huge priority. I’ve since used it for carrots and potatoes and it works well. I did have a problem with sweet potatoes and I’m not sure if it’s because the blade is not sharp enough or it’s too thick. Overall a very good product at a very good price.
