Can't believe how easy this works! My wife washed 3 potatoes, I put one in position, and pushed down the press and presto!! Lots of perfectly shaped fries. I repeated and put them in my air fryer at 400' for 19 minutes. I always love and ate the crispy ones and my wife loved the rest. Next time I'm going to experiment rinsing the cut potatoes a couple of times then drying before I put in the air fryer. I didn't use any spray or oil or salt, just dipped in ketchup. They were great 😃.

Couldn't push through an onion
Bought this for my son who has fine motor challenges and isn't good with a knife. Tried a whole onion, half onion and even onion slices. Very difficult to push through and pieces if onion jam in all the holes. Had to chop it with a knife instead. Going back. Have tried several styles of these choppers and haven't had any luck finding one that works. If we have to cut up all the veggies into small pieces why bother.

Certainly chops.
It sped up chopping time and has held up. The only problem is that it sometimes gets stuck with the blade over the black pusher. It gets difficult to pull the blade out at that point.Anything more stringy like green onion makes it worse but even jalapenos can do it.
