Sturdy, and with high capacity, since we got it, it's been the go-to alternative for each morning coffee. I had previously ordered another one (with glass instead of stainless steel), it was nicer looking but it came broken. This one is definitely durable. We're really happy with the purchase.
Great for one cup
Works great, was used every day, washed every day. Wooden handle rotted and broke after 11 months. Handle should not be allowed to air dry, to preserve it. Replacement handles are not available.

I went through probably a dozen glass french presses. Finally, I’m no longer worried about cracking glass or accidentally dropping it and being out another French press.
After I broke the glass beaker for the second time on my old press, I gave this a try. High quality, no complaints. I expect to use it for years.
Great! Love that it can’t easily break. Only complaint is that it doesn’t belong in the dishwasher due to wooden handle. I didn’t think about that when I purchased. Otherwise we have been very happy with it. I bought a second one!
