Excellent Customer Service Turned Everything Around!
I initially left a negative review after receiving this knife set because I was really disappointed with the quality. For the price, I expected something far more durable and sharp. A few of the knives started showing signs of rust within weeks, and the handles didn’t feel as solid as advertised.To my surprise, after posting my review, the seller reached out to me directly. They were incredibly professional, apologetic, and genuinely cared about making things right. Without me even asking, they offered to send me a brand-new knife set—completely free of charge.The replacement set arrived quickly, and I can honestly say the quality is much better this time. The knives are sharp, well-balanced, and look stunning on my counter. I’m not sure if the first one was just a faulty batch, but this experience completely changed my view of the company.Mistakes happen—but it’s how a company handles them that really matters. Nice set of Knives for the Price.
Very nice knives. We'll made. Out of the case they are very sharp. After a few uses, you need to use the steel provided and eventually the included sharpener to keep the desired sharpness. My only complaint is that the case is too small to keep the paring knife in its place. To over come this problem, I moved it to the middle of the case and put a longer knife in it's place. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this set. The side pocket is a nice addition as it holds my scissors and my desired sharpener.

Cracked handle
These knives have lasted about 10 months and just noticed one of the handles are cracking. They are pretty good as long as you sharpen them and wash them right after using, drying and placing them right back on the block. I’ll try to post a picture of the cracked handle.

Look good, feel great, VERY sharp, BUT!
…they will rust after 1-2weeks of service!!!Wanted to be at 2.5 stars but I favored the bump to 3 because I’m sure they will continue to be useful as long as my tetanus booster is up to date.I got these for my wife, she requested them for our anniversary. Didn’t want to disappoint so I shopped really early. Found these knives and received them very quickly! They were all that was requested by her and couldn’t wait to gift them. Two weeks later they were opened. One week after that they were in service. Week and a half (of HAND WASH ONLY use!!) later, rust spots. At that point I was about 4-5 days outside the return window so this review is to serve as a warning. IF you can’t resist this set and buy them, don’t wait to use them because you will need the return time. Very disappointing from an otherwise well performing, and great feeling set.
