Vibrant Tumbler
I ordered this cup for my sister and I think she will love it. The colors are very vibrant and I love the message on it. Of course this isn't going to be her only gift for Christmas, but just letting her know it is all she really needs lol! The packaging was good, it arrived with no scratches or damage. It came with specific instructions and the lid fits nice and snug. I have other tumblers like this one so I know not to put it in the dishwasher, only wash by hand and obviously not to use it in the microwave. I believe the Do Not Soak means do not soak in the dishwater because the water can actually seep between the lining of the cup and the outer lining. I only know this because I have had that happen with a previous tumbler of mine. The care instructions to avoid extreme heat confused me a little. I am wondering what exactly is extreme, would a normal hot beverage be okay? I also wonder how durable the tumbler will be if it warns not to drop. Like nobody drops their tumblers purposely, but if dropped, will it break or crack or become too damaged to use any further? I guess over time these questions will be answered.

I recently purchased this piece of drinkware, and overall, I have mixed feelings, which boil down to aesthetics versus utility.The aspect I love the most is the inscription and graphics. The font and placement are perfect, giving the item a high-quality, personal, and beautiful touch. It genuinely elevates the mug from standard drinkware to something special that sparks joy. The overall design and feel of the product are quite nice.However, the single biggest inconvenience: It isn't dishwasher safe. Not only that, but the product description also doesn’t inform you of the hand washing only requirement. For an item used so frequently, having to hand-wash it every time is a real drag. This limitation makes it less practical for daily life, and it’s something potential buyers definitely need to be aware of.If the inscription is your main priority and you don't mind the hand washing, this item is wonderful. But if you value convenience above all, the care requirements might be frustrating.Update Dec 2025, the closing mechanism on the lid broke off today rendering this tumbler useless. All I did was try to slide it closed and it popped off with no way to reinstall.

Lovely, great quality printing and insulation
This is so pretty! I got it for my sister in law as a gift from my husband. They love each other but they don’t always get along so I thought it was the perfect gift. Quality is great, and the lid stays put and doesn’t spill and the insulation is good too, it’s not as good as the more expensive brands but still I’d say it keeps cool and hot long enough that you can enjoy your drink how you like it.

You can't express anything better.It's got sunflowers on it and the lettering is colorful so it immediately makes you smile. But there are some very important things to know.1. Hand wash only... bummer, I know.2. Do not soak, so i guess don't drink anything that you can't get off or out immediately.3. Not dishwasher safe, covered by number one. Bummer.4. Not microwave safe, just don't do it.5. Avoid extreme heat, this one confused me. Like inside and outside the cup? Or just outside the cup?6.
