    Great travel set

    Really enjoying this travel set! Typically you have to give up on some quality in order to gain portability, but this is an interesting mix of everything. It’s a bit larger than other travel sets so it’s not as easily portable but that also means it’s got higher quality. So I guess this is more like, take to your lake house portable rather than toss it in your backpack portable. Well, you can take the set out of the large case and pack it up together and condense it down more, and then has no protective carrying case other than a bag so I really wouldn’t trust that. I’d rather buy a set that was dedicated for that kind of portability and comes in its own protective, hard, small carrying case. I would sacrifice design quality for that kind of portability.The pot feels really great in my hand and pours very nicely, and I felt very comfortable handling it and the lid and moving around to pour. The cups drink very well and feel very nice in the hand, no drip or dribbles from the rims. I appreciate the fairing cup and all the other accessories that come with, it all packs up so nicely and looks so elegant other than the tray is plastic and doesn’t really match everything else. I’ll probably use this in my home with a different larger wooden tray, but if I’m on the go, I’ll bring out that thin plastic tray.

    Can't beat this set for $25

    I purchased this tea set because I am interested in gongfu. The tea set was just over $25 and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and value of the tea set itself. I can tell this tea set is very fragile, and the case it comes in is made with fake leather glued to cardboard. Inside the case is cut out foam that fits the set comfortably and securely. The only issue is there isn't any padding between the tea tray and the set itself. The only way to store the tea set safely is to remove the tea tray, or by purchasing some foam and cutting it to fit between the tray and the set. I was also thinking of finding a safe place in my cabinet to store the set instead.Overall for the price I think this is a great tea set for someone like me who is just getting into gongfu. The case it comes with could be better but honestly it's hard to find a beginner tea set for under $50.

    This product just did not wow me. When opened, it just seemed cheap. The packaging was very basic and not appealing. I did take all the components out and examined them. It seemed okay, just not for me. Personally I don’t believe it was worth the price. I would not recommend a purchase.
