Great Dishes; But Switched Up Design

Wanting new dishes, I narrowed it down to several sets from GBhome. I bought this 4-piece setting in Pearl White, thinking some of their other designs were maybe too fancy for my everyday use. This was a “test set,” knowing I would put an additional set on a gift list for me. Upon receiving and using them, I liked them but wasn’t overly excited with the plain design. I decided to take a chance and put GBhome’s “Pearl White Bubble” design on my list. I was gifted an 8-piece setting of the pretty Bubble design that I REALLY LIKE and will use the plain design as extra. The Pearl White colors are the same for both so intermixing them will work fine.I have used both sets for several weeks. They have been durable (although I do handle them kind of carefully). No issues with them in the dishwasher or microwave. One thing I REALLY like about the “Bubble” dishes is the design of both sized plates makes them “nest” better when stacked so they take up less room in the cupboard. (The plain ones definitely take up more room when stacked.) In addition, I like the pretty Bubble design for everyday, but they would also look wonderful if used for dressier occasions.

While the company no longer had individual replacement pieces available, they more than made up for it by generously compensating me with 12 additional pieces. Great dinner set and GREAT customer service

Great quality and excellent customer service. I ordered two sets of these so I would have a set of 8. They came on separate days so I didn’t open the first one until the second one came. I opened the first box (the one that came second) and everything was great. Upon opening the second box I realized there was a broken plate. I messaged seller as that is what they asked if any issues were encountered. I had an immediate response, which surprised me, that asked if I wanted to return the set for a refund, receive a discount to purchase a new set or if I’d like a replacement plate. I loved the set so I just asked for a replacement plate and sent my mailing address to them. They responded that due to shipping costs shipping one plates would be costly so instead they would ship a whole set to me at no extra cost and I could keep the set from the broken plate. The third set arrived a week later and I ended up with a set of 12, minus one plate. These dishes are heavy and strudy. I’ve gotten several compliments one them as well. Would buy from this seller again

Great color...small issues

Really like these dishes. Way lighter weight than our last set. One plate was scratched up some and one bowl had a tiny chip, but the price was there so I repaired it. After unpacking service for 8, I wasn't going to repack it all. I will deal with the couple of flaws.
