Makes a huge difference in baking

I don’t usually take the time to review items but this grater is fantastic. I have used it for cheddar, mozzarella, carrots and frozen butter. It is so easy and does a great job on everything. Unlike the food processor and kitchen aid grater attachments it doesn’t leave a large piece at the end. It is super easy to take apart, clean and put back together. It has made a huge difference in my baking. I make carrot cake a lot more and grating the frozen butter into flour makes the biscuits so much easier. I can’t wait to try it with zucchini this summer.

This thing is AWESOME! I am not reviewing for any rewards etc. I just want to say I am tired of cutting my hands on the old fashion metal graters...2x in one week. Ordered grater and it is just great! Its easy to take apart, clean and fast to assemble, switch cutters. The cutters, chute and safe push piece are all dishwasher safe TOP shelf..no problem. It makes awesome shredded carrots, so fine and easy to eat. Beautiful cucumber slices, apple slices, turnip...and CHEESE soooo easy, fast and uniform shreds. Just HAD to write a review. Good little product.

I bought this product to help with shredding cheese as it has a better melt than bag shredded cheese. I tried both mozzarella and Parmesan. I was impressed with the ease of assembly and use. It worked well on both types of cheese and it's easy to clean. I liked the stainless steel blades and the suction on my counter. I have not used it on vegetables yet. The only downfalls I saw was the opening where you put the food is a little small. I had to cut my cheese blocks into smaller chunks. It would be a bonus if it came with a plate or small bowl that would fit better under the outlet port. The other addition that would be helpful is a container or bag to store the grater. I'm not sure how well it will hold up after long term use and I ordered a blue not red shredder. It's also usable for both left and right handed people, you just change handle direction. I will update my review after further use. A little on the pricey side but I have a good impression so far.
