Excellent liners for the medium Harvest Right freeze dryer.
I made a large batch of beef stew and I wanted to freeze dry some for the future. I know most people just pour it right into the trays and freeze dry it right there. I did not like that idea. I have had difficulty getting stuff unstuck from the trays, and I don't like gouging up my aluminum trays by scraping and digging at the food. The trays are very expensive. So I looked long and hard for some silicone liners that would hold the beef stew and keep it in a usable shape so that while I freeze dried it, it wouldn't go all over the place. These liners did a great job. You can also use them for making cake or fudge brownies or something like that. My purpose was to use them in the medium size Harvest Right freeze dryer and they work very nicely. They are a bit too wide but with some effort (they're soft and pliable), I was able to make them work well.

Of course they’re flimsy! They’re 8 or 9 x 12 and not reinforced on the edges. But they’re a perfect size for rainbow or 7 layer cookies. So rest them on a cookie sheet and you’ll have four trays for $19. A bargain

Good baking pans, but warning = they are too floppy !
I baked several small cakes in them with great results.The only problem was that they are so floppy that you have to place them on another metal pan.They worked great at 350 degrees and cooked more evenly than my metal pans.They released the cakes without tears or damage.They cleaned up fast and easily.They stack nicely.I even cut one up with scissors to use as separators for gingerbread pieces.But, you have to keep them on another metal tray or pan.If you put them directly on an oven rack, they get warped along the bottom.

Great for baking carnivore cake!
Great pans. I used these to make carnivore cakes. I used my regular 9" round pan recipe which filled 3 of these pans. Next time I will make a quadruple size batch to make two double decker cakes. They clean nicely and the cakes pop right out after cooling. I love the quality of the shape. It was easy to frost with whipped cream because the shape holds nicely.

Great for molding ice cream for cakes
