Seem to be functioning well after two days. They are within .2F of each other and are in agreement with the fridge temp they are monitoring. Will edit the review if things change. But as of right now, affordable and accurate.

I bought 9 of these to place in various fridges and freezers throughout a couple houses. Prior to deploying them I tested all 9 at the same time in several different temperature ranges and they all read within 2 degrees of one another across temperatures ranging from -3 to 70 F. I like that they come with both a strong magnet and a shelf hook. I have been using them for several months and they seem to be working well. my only complaint would be the location of the reset button for the min and max. Because it is on the back, you need to remove the thermometer from the freezer, figure out which button is the reset, and press it. This is a simple process, but during that time your thermometer warms up in your hand and the max temperature starts out higher than it actually should.
Great deal for 3 digital thermometers. Leave the plastic over the battery until ready to use. Very accurate. Magnetic or hang off the shelf in the fridge or freezer for Easter of use. Very clear display.
At first, I thought these thermometers were not accurate. Every time I opened the refrigerator door, the thermometer's reading was usually different from the previous time. I tried placing it on different shelves, with the same results. It also rarely reflected the temperature that I had set my refrigerator to, so I began to question its accuracy or that of my refrigerator's ability to regulate the temperature.I have determined that the temperature in my refrigerator does indeed routinely fluctuate. I placed an 'old fashioned' dial thermometer next to this digital one, which also fluctuates to the same extent as this Geevon thermometer. I hadn't noticed that fluctuation on the dial thermometer previously because it's not as easy to read, or as noticeable as the changing numeric display on the Geevon.Bottom line -- these are good thermometers and a great deal. I have two refrigerators. Aside from the one mentioned above, I have placed one in the freezer compartment of my kitchen refrigerator and the third thermometer in the overflow refrigerator in my garage.Recommend.
Working well and seems accurate
I first purchased the old bimetal temperature style. Inexpensive but not very accurate when tested against laser temperature reader. This digital thermometer is accurate with a 1-2 degree variance with the laser temperature reader. The display is large and easy to read. And I like that it also shows the lowest and highest readings. Which is helpful in making sure that the defrost cycles are working properly. The magnet is strong and makes easy placement in the refrigerator. Just make sure that the placement is not close to one of the air vents or the reading will be too low. The middle of the refrigerator seems about right. For the freezer I used the plastic hook folded down into a stand. Again the accuracy was very good confirming a zero setting. Unlike other similar designs sold on Amazon when the battery needs replacing it will not require the removal of tiny screws and disassembly. This has a cover that simply opens with a twist using a screw driver or small coin.Longevity is unknown as I have been only using the pair for about 6 weeks.But at this time I consider them well designed and a good value. And would recommend them to others.
