BIG Cupcakes!
We go through a lot of this style of aluminum mini cake pans. This Gejoy 180 piece set of 8oz baking ups with lids are twice as big as what we normally use. We can now offer 2XL sized cupcakes of our lineup of flavors. These perform perfectly, making perfect mini cakes. I love that it is so easy to put these on a baking sheet pan to put in the oven. We use a little spritz of cooking oil in them before filling. In my opinion it makes the cakes easier and tastier to eat.I love how simple it is to use these. The lids snap on nice and secure. I have found using this style of pan to occasionally have a few lids that don’t hold on (haven’t found this issue with any in this set yet). I like to use 9” food safety seals to secure the lids on all my cupcakes. I did find these containers being twice as big will need two of my 9” seals to secure the lids. Having only one seal, the ends don’t quite reach enough to secure the lid if the seals are used across the tops. I ended up putting the first seal on from underneath (picture 3 & 4) and then securing with a second seal across the tops (picture 5). I like that the lids in this set have a little notch on each side of the lid (picture 2), this notch is for the food safety seals or you could use ribbons.I highly recommend these baking tins. They are a huge hit with everyone when we hand out samples of our new cake flavors, and make for great mini cakes.

Tons Of Uses
I wasn't really sure at first what I was gonna do with these many disposable ramekins that can be baked in, but then I realized I love making baked goods and I can use them to send gifts out to people. They don't necessarily have to be used for food.My only real complaint about these is that the lids are very hard to get on, but once they're on, they are on there for sure. You have to be careful you don't cut yourself on the lid too because they can be a little sharp sometimes. And you can bake inside of these, which is a real benefit.You definitely get a huge amount of pieces for the cost. So if you're the type of person that needs to do something for a bake sale or during the holidays, or you have a huge family that needs a lot of disposable goods, I really genuinely think these are worth it. Especially since, despite being disposable, they can be reused multiple times and washed in between even if the lid ends up breaking.I love the pink. It makes me giggle every time I see it. It's so cute and puts a really nice touch on giving gifts to people, and the color doesn't come off when you bake inside of them. They are a lot larger than I expected as well. Eight ounces is like the medium size at the ice cream shop when you're getting a cup with a triple scoop. Perfect for giving away ice cream sandwiches, burgers, large cupcakes, or even just baking directly inside of for things like mini lasagnas or single servings of whatever it is that you have.You don't have to limit yourself to baked goods for these because, really, sweet or savory, these are going to do exactly what you want them to if your goal is to store food hot or cold. I would genuinely just avoid putting anything that you need waterproof because I haven't tested that, so there's a possibility that these leak everywhere.

Great for meal preps.
I used these for the 1st time on Saturday, I catered my daughter's housewarming & this is what I provided for portioned take-home plates☺️They were perfect for a lil helping of everything. So.....as we all know mac & cheese & potato salad carry substantial weight, hence my upside down pic....which indicates it's hold which I even questioned!!😅 came through without failure!Make sure u listen for the lid to snap in place properly or use your fingers to do a full circle closure.Great choice & find. Small and cute
I'm pleasantly surprised with these. I use ramekins a fair amount, but I generally stick to the reusable variety. That said, this has been great to make small treats for others. It's a perfect size, and you get a ton of them. 8oz is actually is actually on the big side of what I make. Small desserts come out pretty with this. I made individual banana puddings, souffles. It's as versatile as my normal ramekins, but I can let people take them. The pink is a nice color. I'd probably buy them again.

Works perfectly for baking & freezing meal preps
While these mini aluminum containers are quite thin, they become quite sturdy when filled. I made 14 loaded mini-egg quiches, and 14 crustless spinach pepperoni bowls in them. They baked beautifully & without issue. The lids popped on easily after the cups cooled, once I figured out how to flute the edges (as shown in my video review clip).These cups are marketed as disposable, but they are quite durable. We’ve already washed and reused several of the cups & lids I used for the egg quiches. Whenever we want to eat one of the frozen quiches, we dip the bottom of the cup in warm water for a few minutes, then pop the quiche out, place it in a microwave safe bowl, and heat it 2 minutes. My husband turns his mini quiche into a breakfast sandwich, and these cups made quiches that are the perfect size for bagels or English muffin breakfast sandwiches. It’s also very convenient for me to take a couple of the pizza bowls from the freezer, remove the plastic lids, place foil on top of the cups, and let them warm in the toaster oven for 10-15 mins.Overall, we find we’ll have many uses for these 8 oz baking cups. Definitely recommend them for frozen meal preps, baked goods, & snacks.

Nice and sturdy with lids
We love these for the almond flour wild mushroom treats we bake and give to friends. They come with a lid and are just about the right size for one serving of mushroom tart. These are neither extremely thick nor thin; they are of medium thickness. The clear lids fit and crown on top, so if you have some baked treat that pops out the top, they've got you covered.
