Seems silly, but is a real hand-saver and a great stocking stuffer for a cook
At first I considered this tool a bit of a gimmick, but what a hand saver! It is so easy to core a bell pepper and I love that I have a second one to gift away for such a low price for the pair. These would make fantastic stocking stuffers. Our family loves a good stuffed bell pepper and this leaves a cored pepper completely intact without any split sides while pulling 95% of the seeds out with the core. For my arthritic hands, any tool that can save me from having to use a knife - I am grateful. Each tool set comes with a larger corer for bell peppers and a smaller corer for chilis. I haven't used the smaller one yet, but I regularly make stuffed peppers and the larger corer has already come in handy. I just have to push it into the top end of the pepper and do a 1/4 twist and it pops right out. It is a completely hollow tool, so when I am done I just toss it into the top rack of my dishwasher for an easy cleanup.
