We use this tea kettle every morning to boil water for our French press coffee. We love the look of it and it holds enough water for two French presses. The handle does get hot if you have your flame on full blast so it's best to either put it on a smaller burner or turn the gas down a bit. We leave it on our stovetop all the time and the size works great. It doesn't take up a ton of room. Overall, this is a great kettle!
This is such a lovely looking tea kettle. It looks like a nice piece of decor on my stovetop. I love the wooden handle. It definitely has a nice loud whistle when your water is ready. If you are looking for a nice quality, durable yet pretty tea kettle this is a wonderful choice.
Holds a generous amount of water. Only plastic is the main handle and lid handle ( I think we’ve had enough stove top appliances with too much plastic). Heats quickly. Loud whistle is right . Spout cover mechanism operates easily, solidly and safely. Main handle could get a bit warm to touch after boiling but letting it rest for about a minute seems to help. Brushed chrome finish is stylish and cleans nicely. All around winner. Well done!
I absolutely love this tea kettle. I was looking forward everywhere in the store and couldn’t find anything that I liked. This is very elegant looking but easy to clean. The handle is heat resistant. It does whistle. The size is perfect. It is durable and the water has not had any problems with any bad taste whatsoever. Very happy with my purchase.
Very stylish tea kettle with comfortable handle. It is very lightweight so I’m not sure how long it will last but the price was fair for the quality. It’s a bit smaller than my last kettle but I like that the spout is easily opened after it comes to a boil.
Beautiful tea kettle in orange. Goes well with my toaster and mixer and Fiesta Ware. The handle looks like a tree branch. Well made
Purchased this for an off grid cabin. it heats quickly and it's not so hot that you cant handle it after it begins to boil. My daughter uses it herself. It's the correct size and has a nice high quality look to it.
