The writing is in the bottom and it functions as a non slip gripper type material. My husband is pretty picky about his socks so I will probably just take this out of the box. The keychain is cute and has little miniature tools hanging from it. The card is nice and thick - blank on the inside for writing your own message. The glass is nice and thick. The printing is clear and it feels decently durable. The hat is a standard adjustable snap back hat. The back of it, the mesh portion, is a little misshapen due to the way it had to be fit into the box. Everything arrived quickly and overall I think this is a very cute gift from child.
