Great addition to my kitchen

Simple assembly of the handle is required when delivered (even includes a screwdriver).It is compact with sturdy construction, and perfect size for making fried egg sandwiches using English muffins. The long, narrow compartment is too short for cooking raw bacon, but it does a great job of reheating previously cooked bacon, ham or sausage patties to go with the sandwich. Although using lower burner settings, it heats quickly and evenly so there is only slight delay preheating it. Lower temperatures also reduce spattering.The non-stick ceramic coating on both inside and outside is a great improvement over plastic-lined pans, making clean-up very easy.I just bought another one to keep in my RV.

THIS WORKED WELL FOR MAKING 2 EGGS WITH A NICE PIECE OF HAM STEAK OR SLICES - NOT REALLY USABLE TO MAKE RAW BACON WITH 2 EGGS - TAKES TOO LONG TO FRY THE BACON IN MY OPINION - PROBABLY WORKS OK WITH THE PRE-COOKED BACON BUT I CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO SPEND $5+ ON MAYBE 2.3 ozs. OF BACON - EGGS COME OUT NICELY DONE AND ARE EASY TO REMOVE FROM THE PAN - I LIKE MY EGGS "SUNNY SIDE UP" - TURNING THE EGGS WITHOUT BREAKING THE YOLKS MIGHT BE TRICKY ? - I HAVEN'T TRIED IT - I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Not flip friendly

I wouldn't say its a great egg frying pan unless you like your eggs runny on 1 side. Flipping eggs in this pan is almost impossible without making mess. Love the concept. Would be better with some sort of lid to help cook the tops
