I love Gir products and this one is no exception. It collapses flat so it doesn’t take up any room and is very durable and well made. I use it for steaming vegetables and holding washed fruit on the counter as well as a colander. The red color is so pretty it really livens up the kitchen. Gir products are extremely well made and come in many great colors. I have replaced all my old black plastic spoons and spatula with them over the last few years.
