I ordered this set of silicone cooking and baking utensils because we do a lot of stir frying and baking, and have been looking for non-scratching spatulas that aren't too floppy.These are very sturdy, whatever core they have inside is good and keeps its shape well. I've used the bowl scraper when baking, and it easily collected all the extra batter, and was easy to clean afterwards. The soup ladle, which is not rigid except for the handle, will be useful in colder months. The pancake turner is the reason I ordered the set, and it will work out great for stir frying, making eggs, etc. It's nicely rigid, much better than some other silicone spatulas I have, though they are larger.The pale pink color is a bit odd and doesn't match the rest of our utensils, but would work great for someone trying to build a pastel kitchen. The light color also makes it easy to see when it's dirty.Overall, I would recommend this set of spatulas for sturdiness and functionality.

I absolutely love my kitchen utensils. I cook alot and I cook on all types of pots and pans from cast iron to ceramic to stainless steel. I go through my kitchen utensils fairly quickly and have bought several silicone utensils. This set was beautiful from the color to the thickness of the silicone. The sizing too was great. They were big enough, but still small from the handle for my small hands. The quality is on the higher end in my opinion. Most of the silicone i have bought typically are flimsy or thin and these you can tell they will last longer. They are so easy to clean. I have mixed batter and left the ladle for a day and it cleaned with such easy. They are a must have in my kitchen and the handles and lightweight make it so easy to cook with. I absolutely love them. I highly recommend this product.

Nice shade of pink perked up my kitchen
Beautiful, functional, dishwasher safe! I chose this item to add a girly touch to my boring kitchen. I was surprised by the size of these utensils when I opened the box. 3 of the pieces are of normal size, but the spoon and spatula are several inches longer than the others and that helps keep my hands a little farther from the heat. They are sturdy and strong, but because they're silicone, they have a little give, particularly the spatula and "spoonula." They look pretty on my countertop. I have an aging set of black silicon utensils and because they are dark, I can't tell if they are discolored at all. My hope is that these stay pink and don't stain or become discolored. The color changing over time with use, if it does so, does not impact this review. They're a perfect shade of pink and I will likely purchase a couple of other sets to give my daughter and daughter-in-law.

Good and Not So Good
I have a spatula from GIR that I purchased from Trader Joe's a few years ago. When I saw these other utensils, I decided to give them a try. Most will have their place in my kitchen, but I am not completely enamored with the set. First, they stain. I used the ladle for pasta sauce, and it is stained now. Not the end of the world, but a bit disappointing. The flipper has a soft edge - I get it, they are for nonstick pans. However, that soft edge makes it hard to get the tip under whatever you are trying to flip (eggs) or pick up (cookies).The spoonula is the bomb, a nice size and very useful for removing sourdough starter from the jar.I also love the smaller spatula - the sides are rigid and the end is tapered, making it perfect for scraping the last bit of just about anything from just about any container.The serving spoon is awkward - really big and the handle is long. I guess that could be a good thing in some cases (keeps your hand away from boiling water when you are stirring pasta, etc.) but overall it is awkward.I think it would be better to purchase individual pieces to get what works for me.The utensils are easy on the hands (nice for these old arthritic hands) and there are no places on any of them for food to get stuck.In the end, I am happy with the pieces that work for me, the other pieces will be given to the kitchen in my church.

Kitchen utensil set
I was watching these GIR utensil sets for a while, so I was excited when the opportunity to order one came up. These are high quality silicone kitchen utensils, able to withstand quite a bit of heat (425 degrees), and the set includes items I use most frequently. They feel substantial and well made, and the color is very nice. I included a picture with a standard remote for size comparison- these are a great size. Super easy to clean- no complaints at all about these, I would buy another set if I needed it.
