Great product! I'm finding much better results in baking with this than I ever did with a similar product made from pyrex. Also easy to clean which was really unexpected. Very good value cost wise. Also perfect size and sturdiness for a bain marie. Sides are a little over 2in so much safer when using with higher temperatures of water baths when making cheesecakes or clafoutis.

Such a great pan. Makes a gigantic lasagna. Now I can feed my big family with ease. So glad I bought this. Cleans easily and pretty sturdy too.
Excellent, great pan, nice and heavy. Perfect for lasagne or even baking a roast. Good heat distribution, coating is non toxic, very ample size, very happy.
I haven’t cooked with it yet. But I was trying to figure out how lasagna is supposed to fit in it. Lasagna fit perfectly in my 9x11 cake pan. In this pan, the noodles are too long to fit the short way and too short to fit the long way. I decided to use my cake pan as I’m making lasagna today. I might look for a 9x11 pan that has higher sides. I do like the high sides on this pan and I’m sure I’ll find stuff to cook in it.
Avoid over spill in oven when cooking lasagna. Love it so much had to buy another one as my daughter took the first pan.
