Simple and nice

Decent quality, simple and clean look, seal effectively enough to store dry goods. The included labels and marker are a nice touch. Don't go trying to play football with them, but if you're doing that with a glass container anyways you're already of questionable intelligence. The seals aren't super tight but they feel good enough that they'll keep moisture out for the most part. If you're in a really humid environment they may have an issue, but here in the midwest they're fine. We store yeast, curry powder, tea, etc and they work great.

They Work!

I've had these for about 3 months now and they are working just fine. The glass is on the thinner side, but not too thin that they will break by just washing them. And yes they are on the smaller size, but that's what I wanted. I use them for left over small packages that I don't want to be left in clipped bags. Examples are: Open package of chocolate chips, open bag of split peas, or open small bag of oatmeal, etc...They look great on the counter. My only wish is that the manufacturer made one a little larger in the set.

Nice small airtight container

I wanted a small airtight container to store sugar on my countertop to use in my morning coffee. I had been using an old fashioned jam jar with a wire pressure closure but I shattered the lid and couldn't find a similar jar. This is much better than a sugar bowl that comes with dish sets as they are not air tight and in the humid weather the sugar gets very sticky and clumped together. Mine has a lighter color lid than shown in the pictures, but its attractive, the glass is reasonably thick and the seal is good. Just the right size to put in a bit over a cup of sugar which lasts me quire a couple of weeks, and it's easy to pick up with one hand.
