I was concerned about the quality of this when I ordered it, but it is quite sturdy and good looking. I wanted to replace a plastic container and this pitcher is perfect, using non-plastic materials. It is a good size for my iced tea and pours easily into glasses.
Works as expected. Use to boil water and make iced tea. Frm stove to fridge! Very convenient and looks really nice!!
Glad I bought this pitcher. I like the size and it’s not too heavy. Handle seems well balanced and the lid is secure without being difficult to take on and off. The design adds to its attractiveness. The glass seems to be a reasonable thickness. If the glass was too thick on a pitcher of this size it would add too much weight. It’s a trade off. I’ve been using it daily with no problems with chips. It IS glass, so some care with handling needs to be taken.
UPDATE 8/17/25: Although I still like this pitcher vs the others I tried, their touted lifetime warranty is junk. We finally had one of these break. I could find no easy way to claim the warranty and finally messaged the seller. It has been crickets. So, still a good pitcher, but don't count on the warranty. For that reason I downgraded my star rating.I looked at tons of these glass pitchers on Amazon and ordered 2 others before I found this one. The 1st brand (not this one) cracked right away (got a refund). The 2nd one was a horrible design and did not pour well (returned it). Then I found this one. They claim that it is warrantied for life against breakage! I have not tested that yet but that encouraged me to try one more time. It is very attractive and seems a little thicker than the previous 2 that I tried. The design (including the handle) makes for easy pouring. The lid is tight enough that it does not fall out when you are pouring the last of the liquid from the pitcher. So far no breakage. Love it!
Very pretty. Love the pattern. Glass is a little on the thinner side. But survived my daughters shower!
I love this pitcher! Not only is it beautiful, it can boil liquids on the stove and/or keep cold in fridge. Thin glass used in labs that is Very Resistant to breakage - if you throw on floor, it will probably break but if you bang it up against other glass or Faucet, no problems. Also Pours perfectly!
