Beautiful and functional.

I LOVE these serving trays! I use one on my couch to hold remotes, magazines, etc. I also like that I can set my coffee down on it if needed. I do not have a coffee table. My 8 year old uses the other one for times when he wants to eat in the living room. It’s perfect at catching his messes.They’re sturdy and a beautiful “honey” color. They clean well and I believe they will last many years.

Versatile, High Quality Trays

These trays serve my purpose very well. I am pleased with the quality and attractiveness of the trays. All of the edges and handles are smooth, no rough or uneven edges. The large one sits on a low stand and acts as a table for tea and reading glasses, etc. next to my reading chair. The other is a catch all for mail and miscellaneous papers in the kitchen. The color is consistent and they appear to resist stains. The weight is light but not unsubstantial. They are sturdy enough to carry heavy loads, and IMO an excellent value for the money. They are not fancy, but just right.

Just What I Was Looking For, Except ...

Simple. Square, Strong, but not industrial. The ends arch up slightly, refining the shape. Handles not likely to break off or pull through (bamboo has such toughness). That's what I wanted, and at a decent price.Sometimes you just need to move around more small objects than you can carry in your hands. In my case, it's usually some craft I've been doing at the kitchen table that I need to put aside until dinner is over. Making the trips to put away two handfuls at a time is wearisome enough, but then I would have to fetch them all back again. These trays let me gather up the parts to a project in the morning to begin with, and move it as a unit if it has to be paused. (Okay, *when* it has to be paused.) It lets me put something aside for the glue or paint or glaze to dry, and work on a second trayful while I have some time. For me, they're work trays, project trays.Of course, it would work fine for glasses of drinks or plates of snacks. With the sides all around, it would even work for breakfast in bed. Having two means all the good things for guests can be carried in just two trips rather than four or five, or the tea pot and fixings can come on a tray that sits on the duvet to one side, separate from the one already crowded with plates, cup, bowl, and flatware on a lap.However, they lose a star for having the brand name -- Gold Honey -- stamped large on one side of each tray. It looks cheesy, like "Am I supposed to be impressed this brand no one has heard of?" Notice how absolutely none of the images show this. But now you are warned. And I have to get out my sander. They aren't paying me to be their billboard.

I received the Gold Honey serving tray in the color bamboo. It comes in a set of 2 in sizes 17 x 13 and 16 x 12, and is made of bamboo. I use them daily, and there's no warping or splinters after multiple washings, and I can put the tray on my couch in comfort, knowing there will be no spills. I especially like that they have both curved handles and raised edges, not to mention that they are stackable. Serving good looks

Nice, well-constructed, lightweight, nesting trays, that are accurately named Gold Honey, reflecting their honey golden color. They are substantial enough for use as serving trays, breakfast in bed, etc. - but also decorative enough to leave out on the countertop or coffee table. I'm not a huge fan of the labeling on the side, but its innocuous and easy to overlook. The surface can withstand liquids, and is easy to clean. I see these as providing years of service.
