I was not sure to buy this since it had the “frequently returned”. But I gave it a try and I don’t regret it.It worked!You just have to add a bit of water so the glue can activate. Just like envelopes. With the tip of your finger and a bit of water and VOILA works great and looks very pretty.I’m using this for my wedding.It doesn’t come with instructions so I guess that’s why people return it.

Ordered 3 packs ahead of the wedding. When we went to roll the silverware, the wraps would NOT stick. At all. None of them. Complete waste of money. They look pretty, but are USELESS.
