Knife only, no cover included

Knife seems fairly sharp, but it does not have a protective cover. I’ll be sending it back to get one that includes a cover for safety, as it doesn’t fit well in a drawer without the risk of someone getting cut. If a cover isn’t a big deal, this knife may be for you.

Edge dulls quickly

The set has the right knives but the edge doesn't hold. I use this to process poultry on farm under the federal exemption. We were expanding and I wanted to have plenty of knives on hand. These were sharp out of the box but quickly lost their edge. Other than that, all good, nice grip, nice flexibility on the boning knives and like I said before the right knives for the job.
