This really works well. It is nice with the glass cover with the vent hole.I highly recommend everyone buying this. I recommend using this on med-high or less as a previous steamer go warp by excessive heat. Always fill it with 2-3 or more with water.
Nice quality and works well
I really like this steamer and it appears to be very good quality. I bought it specifically to steam PASTRAMI and CORNED BEEF, and it worked great — it got the meat hot and properly steamed, just like you’d get at the DELI. Put it on some rye bread and you’ve got yourself one great sandwich. I’m sure it would also work well for vegetables and other foods, but for what I needed, it’s excellent.
