I had a hankering for brownies and I was looking for a non-stick brownie pan for out of the box brownie mix. I'm not a baker or a brownie maker, so I just wanted a pan I wouldn't have to think too much about it when following the directions on the box. This pan is ideal if you are using the brownie box mix because although it might look like the batter won't fit into the pan. Trust me...it will fit into the pan. Just spread it out along the edges and shake it good so it spreads.The cutting device is a nice addition since it perfectly cuts the brownies into beautiful squares. Though, be sure to spray the pan AND the cutter. If you don't spray the cutter the brownie won't disconnect from cutter and you'll have to pry them off one by one. Trust me again...been there and done that.

I've bought similar products in the past, and this one is definitely much better. It's sturdy, and the non-stick surface actually works! My 17 yr old used it, and I rinsed it, wiped with a soft brush, and everything came right off. There wasn't much on it though, as the brownies themselves came out beautifully. I definitely recommend this product for anyone baking brownies, or any other baked item you want in portions. I'm going to try cookies next.
