I love this broiler!

Just received today Jan 7 2026. It was packaged well. Both ends of broiler were attached to the top piece with zip ties on each end.Also each end had plastic clear tube so that it was not scratched. Its the small size for my apt small stove. It has a good solid weight to it. It's surface is smooth and no flaws on it. Can't wait to cook a steak on it tonight. I love this broiler. Glad I bought it. Don't forget to take those plastic tubes on the ends of bottom pan behind the handles off before using.

I bought this pan to replace my old aluminum broiling pan that has worn out. Another reviewer mentioned that this pan is lightweight. I disagree with this. It's pretty heavy for its size, but the smaller size is perfect for me to grill my steak. This pan is solid. The top fits well to the bottom, the handles are convenient. There is no flex or warping at all. It has a non-stick sort of coating, so the steaks don't stick to the pan. However, fat can burn onto it, and be difficult to totally remove without some scrubbing. However, I think that's true for any pan. I am very pleased with this purchase, and recommend it highly.
