Saved the thanksgiving gravy
This was perfect for thanksgiving this year! I finally was able to get the gravy right! It serves its function to get the droppings but not the fat. Super easy to use and easy to clean.

A must have for any home cook. We use it primarily when making chicken stock to separate the fat from the broth. All that is required is to be sure the stopper is in the neck, then pour the broth into the separator. The separator has a lid that helps skim off any veggies or chicken parts so it does not end up in the broth. The fat will very quickly rise to the top. Then remove the stopper and pour the broth into another vessel while watching to be sure you stop before getting to the fat layer. Easy peasy.Making amazing,100% homemade chicken vegetable soup could not be easier.
Works well but the handle lacks strength. Already had to glue it back on as it broke from a drop.
I've been wanting one of these for ages and finally got one. I'm so glad I did! Makes separating the fat a breeze. It was big enough to hold all the droppings and I love that it can go in the dishwasher. It did a great job, didn't leak, and helped me make delicious gravy without a bunch of fatty oil in it. Wish I had bought one sooner. Great value for the price.
