I have ordered this pan in the past and it’s perfect for what I need it for.
Quality product.
Very sturdy and good quality.
Great baking! This is a great baking sheet for quick and easy stay home pizza. As you can see from the image the roll out brand's dough doesn't quite cover the whole sheet - even if you spread it thin. That's OK, spread as shown or similar makes a great dough - not too thin and not too thick while being sturdy enough to hold as much toppings as you want to pile on.The pan has a good ledge height all the way around and easy to grab ends that don't cause you to burn your fingers or stick your thumb into your food when you're pulling the pan out of the oven. The non stick surface is smooth, sleek, and even across the whole pan.I'm sure there are more expensive baking sheets out there.. but who needs that expense, I don't.This pan works perfectly for me - an average ordinary human, working every day, doing what she can to care for and feed the family - if that describes you as well, this pan is a great addition to your kitchen.Easy clean up, easy to store when not in use, doesn't add any odd flavors to your foods and has no odors at all. There's no bending or flexing while it's in the oven, the pizza dough in my image was baked at 400 then topped with sauce, spinach, peppers, and four kinds of cheeses - then it was placed back in the oven on 525 degree broil for four more minutes. This pan came out the same way it went into the oven... flat and even, with a yummy home pizza cooked to perfection.. sorry, no leftovers. This pan is also great for cookies and we did a few batches of Christmas cookies to share with our neighbors - overall a great pan and a good value price wise.
I like the item itself with the quality of the coating looking good and the thickness making it sturdy but there are two minor dents which suggest that the item was not handled with care.
This baking sheet has been a solid, everyday workhorse pan. The carbon steel construction feels sturdy and not flimsy, while not being too heavy, so it does not warp easily when it heats up, and it handles regular oven use without any drama. The nonstick coating has worked well so far: vegetables release cleanly, and cleanup is quick, which makes it easy to reach for this pan again and again. Since nonstick longevity only really shows with time, the hope is that the coating continues to hold up after more heavy use, and hope it doesn’t rust, but early performance has been very good.Even though it is marketed as a baking sheet, it works perfectly for everyday roasting, sheet-pan dinners, and reheating without needing parchment every single time. For its sturdiness, nonstick ease, and overall feel, it is a practical pan to keep in regular rotation.
