A great rack to put your roast or meat on ... small enough to put in the pan I use most often in the oven. It is coated so it is very easy to clean ... fit in the dishwasher ... easy to store when not in use. This is a keeper!
Well made. Sturdy. Just what I needed for the bottom of my roaster when baking sourdough bread!
It seemed so small but size was perfect for most of my needs. Fit inside my large iron frying pan and kept roast from boiling instead of roasting! Clean up was a Breeze.
The baking rack is very sturdy, and coated with a non-stick finish. As for ease of cleaning, the nature of its purpose makes it a little tough to clean. The intersections of the metal tend to collect drippings, and it’s these areas that pose a problem. It just needs to be soaked, and then perhaps scrubbed with a brush in those areas. All in all, I’m very pleased with the rack.
Perfect fit for my roaster, hope it lasts.
Well constructed. Haven’t cooked with it yet, but is very substantial, and exact dimension i was seeking. Bought for roaster, and crockpot.
