Hot Water Kettle
This kettle heats water way faster then my microwave and I really like how easy it is to use. The presets are super handy since I dont always want the water too hot, so being able to just pick the temp makes it alot simpler. I been using it mostly for tea and the built in infuser works better then I thought it would, I even made a whole pitcher of iced tea with loose leaf cuz it came out so good. The screen shows the temp in real time which I find really usefull, and it even remembers the last setting I picked after I turn it off. It looks nice on the counter without taking up too much space, and I like how the kettle just lifts off the base for pouring. Feels solid, heats quick, and honestly I been using it everyday since I got it.

Who knew a product could make tea taste so good.
I used this product for the first time. I am extremely pleased with the construction and ease of use. I have been a black tea drinker for over 50 years and recently at a tea was introduced to white tea. When I read the instructions for brewing a White Tea Christmas blend I learned a lot about the temperature and brewing times of the various types. ( I know slow learner). So in researching this product I felt it would meet my needs for these two types of tea but also for guest who drink coffee.Today was the best cup of tea I have ever brewed at home. The secret being the water temp and brewing time. This product was easy to use, easy to clean, very clear instructions for the various tea/coffee types and stylish on my counter. It heated quickly and quietly. A little pricey but if it holds up will be well worth it.I will update this post after a few months with info on how it has held up.So far very pleased.

Boils quickly and has preset temperatures to use
This kettle has so many built in features in an absolute must buy! Firstly I love that you can set the desired temperature which is very useful when needing both warm water but also for certain teas I drink as ideally need to be made with 167 degree water not boiling. It also has 6 preset temperatures so very easy to simply select desired option as some presets are above boiling as it goees up as high as 212 degrees. Secondly it has a removable infuser which means i can make my loose leaf tea in the actual kettle meaning no need for a strainer or teapot - this is a great option for when making more than one cup as don't need to do individual cups of loose tea and can make a whole batch at once. Thirdly - its fast! Boils in less than 90 seconds which is accurate and LOVE that it has a 'keep warm' feature so I don't need to keep heating from cooled water each time. Overall absoutley fantastic quality and love the design of it!

Broke Immediately
Bought this to replace my Keurig and it broke immediately. The base disconnected and the thing wouldn't turn on after using twice. My replacement came but honestly it all feels very cheap. I'm thinking of returning altogether as it's not worth the hefty price tag.

I bought this for my mother-in-law because my daughter broke her old one, so I was responsible of replacing it, which is very understandable. She had a more expensive one. I got what I can afford and she’s very pleased with her replacement. She says it’s better than her old one then I let her know this one was cheaper. She didn’t care as long as it did what it supposed to do. She said I’m glad your daughter broke my stuff. Lol highly recommend in.

Good functionality, some discoloration

I bought this for me to take to work and I absolutely love it. I've been able to use regular tea bags or even loose tea in this kettle with no issues. I love the amount of tea that it will make and how fast it will heat up. The size of this is perfect and even with having this on a counter in my office, it doesn't damage it. Cleaning this out is really easy too! I just remove the tea and just hand wash. There are times that I will take this home so I can use it over the weekend. Will definitely be buying another one because of how much I use it. Its extremely easy to use. Just add tea, add water and done. I have even added dried fruits. This has been getting used daily for the past month and its still working just as it should!
