Great grinder for beginners

Does a good job making fine flour. Usually have about an 1/16 of refried that needs to happen but that’s not a big deal. The four is pretty hot and humid after the grind so I wouldn’t plan on milling extra to store for later. This is definitely a grind as you use type mill. Wish I had purchased the tilting head version as this model is quite heavy when you try to hold to pour into a bowl.

It gets hot fast. Grind is awesome. I grind berries and none are ever perfectly dry. The heat and low moisture content creates a wafer like crust below the blades. I grind 350g for 30 seconds, wait 3-5 minutes then 30 more. 90% of the flour sifts through the provided sifter. Easy to use, easy to clean and for a budget, very good.
