Uses it daily for a month

This pan is AMAZING. I have used it for everything, even rice and a pineapple upside down cake. It heats up quickly and evenly. It is so sturdy but not overly heavy. I love the helper handle on the front. Sauces seem more evenly blended and stir fry or fried rice have a better texture. My husband has noticed dinner is prepared so quickly. My other pan was not doing any of this and it was from a very expensive, well known chef. It was pretty old, probably 10 years, but it had warped, the surface was scratched and there was no getting away with continuing to use it. I got a set of 2 large skillet type pans (one of which was this one) for my stepson. He is a fabulous cook and he LOVES them. I checked his out and decided to get one for my kitchen. The lid was a little too tight right at first but after the first use, it fit perfectly. My husband accidentally used a metal spatula on it and I freaked! After a good exam, I couldn’t see a scratch anywhere. I still DEMAND he use soft or wooden utensil but if there’s a lapse of using what I told him to, it can handle it. I wouldn’t make a habit of it tho on ANY pan. I love this one so much, I’m getting their space saving, stackable set.

Our go to pan for many dinner ityems

Right size. Good value. Easy to handle. Excellent non-stick. Nice curve where sides meet the bottom makes it easy to turn items over. Handle does not get too hot. If only the bottom were flat. It has a good sized dome shape and all the liquids or fats collect around the bottom circumference. Not a deal breaker. We still like the pan but it could be better.

Large size, deep, grease doesn't splatter outside the pan.

My husband follows a carnivore diet, and so cooks meat for every meal. The non-stick surface hasn't been phased after everyday use for 6 months. He wipes it out with soap and water after draining the grease, at least twice, every day. He fries hamburger both crumbled and patty, steaks, sausage, bacon (uses the lid), and any other meat that might tickle his fancy. It has kept the countertops from becoming so greasy and makes clean up easier. The see through glass lid has been very nice, easy to clean. The pan and lid have gone through the dishwasher a few times and came out great, but he uses it so often, he thinks it's easier to clean by hand and have it ready for his next meal.

No stick, Cooks great!

I have yet to have anything stick. basically everything wipes right out with a damp clean cloth. Cooks good and evenly. Feels sturdy and well made. Don't even need spray or oil to cook most foods including eggs. Cooks well in oven as well. I've seen some people saying the metal is not thick enough, and I disagree. It is very thick and has the heavy bottom to prevent warping and heat related issues. Definitely, the best skillet I've ever owne.
