Pretty amazing for the price. Welded handles creates a smooth surface on the interior, so if you're not a fan of rivets to maneuver around it's a great choice. Shorter handles can get very hot, though, so handle that with care.One thing is that the lid has an almost too-good fit without a vent on it so if you happen to release steam on something you cook (basically anything with moisture) and then let the pan cool (even a little bit) with the lid on, it'll basically vacuum-seal the thing shut and be very difficult to open. Says good things about the very tight tolerance on the sizing of the lid, though!So far it's been great to cook on, could be thicker cladding but anything heavier duty than this would be legitimately weighty and cost three times as much and not look as aesthetically pleasing.

A Great Pan for Display and Performance
This amazing Great Jones Deep Cut 3-Quart Stainless Steel Sauté Pan is a beautiful addition to any kitchen. It is so well designed with deep sloped sides and welded handles that are a gorgeous coppery color. But this pan is so much more than just good looking. I had one of my sons who loves to cook, use it for multiple dishes. He said this pan makes you want to toss out all the others in your cabinets and only use it. High praise from a perfectionist in the kitchen. Even after frying chicken in this skillet, the clean-up was easy This is an extremely nice product.
