The rim isn't Riedel thin, but it's not chunky either.The design was flawless and fun (my dad chuckled 👍) and doesn't feel or look like it'll rub off.The glass is surprisingly heavy, in a solid way. The base reminds me of those roly poly, tumbler toys with the weight in the bottom so they don't fall down.Obviously not microwave safe with the metallic paint, but I don't think anyone plans to microwave their wine...
Purchased as a gift. She absolutely loved it.I was impressed. At the price point, it can be questionable some times, what youll receive.The glass felt of decent quality. Wasnt super thin or feel like cheap plastic..as some do. Was a standard sized stemless wine glass. The graphics on it looked very nice. I loved the packaging it came in. Kept gift secure and very visually pleasing. Made it look more expensive/higher quality, than what it maybe was.I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a nice, but affordable, retirement gift. I was very very pleased.
I gave two of these away as retirement gifts, and they are of great quality and design. The recipients have commented on how much they love them and have used them many times already. The size is perfect as a wine glass and nice enough as an extravagant gift!
Perfect gender neutral retirement gift.
The glass is very pretty, but the circular box it is packaged in is a terrible design. It was extremely difficult to open as it was stuck. if youre not careful the glass can break while attempting to open. I gave it 4 stars despite the terrible package because the glass is pretty and i plan to package it for gifting in a more suitable box or gift bag.
This is even LOVELIER than it looks when ordering. It looks expensive, but is not. It’s a wonderful keepsake gift at an incredibly affordable price so you can feel confident and proud presenting it as a thoughtful and special gift to anyone marking the milestone life event of retirement.
