Fantastic boards. Better customer service!
I purchased one board to see the quality before committing to them after throwing away my plastic boards. I was so impressed. Since then, I’ve purchased several more of these boards and I love them. Everything I hoped they’d be. Then tragedy struck. We had company this week and I was moving a million miles an hour to keep the huge group fed. I put my largest board on the counter and another item I had to hand-wash on top of it. Unfortunately, with the chaos of all the guests the hand wash items sat a couple days (literally six days) until they finally went home and I could up for air. But in that time a ring of mold grew between the pan and my board. I tried scrubbing with salt and chain mail, I tried I’ve purchased several of your boards through Amazon and I love them. I couldn't get rid of the stain, so as a last ditch I emailed the company to ask if they had any suggestions. They emailed me back - same day - on a Saturday - and offered to replace my board for free under warranty. Truly, the fault was mine; the board was not faulty. But I'm super impressed with both the boards and the customer service and will 100% recommend them and buy more of their boards. They stand by their product - and they should - it's a great product. Highly recommend.
