These pans are amazing. Just follow the instructions. Use lower heat and cooking oil. Easy to Clean. While the pan is just slightly warm, you can wipe it clean with a paper towel. If it has completely cooled off, just warm it slightly and then wipe it clean. DO NOT use anything abrasive like scotch pads. You can ruin the surface if you overheat and burn the pan
I will never use another pan. Green Pans have me hooked. I have tried more expensive and less expensive pans and the non stick surface is more durable and more non stick. Easy to clean and cooks evenly. Love love love them!!!!
These pans do exactly what I expected. They are so easy to clean. I don't mind not putting them in the dishwasher. Just don't drop a knife on the surface because it will ruin the pan!
I absolutely loved these pans for fixing eggs for breakfast. For the first month they were a dream come true. Then for some reason, the 8 inch pan began to stick every time I fixed my sunny side up eggs. I used low heat and never cleaned the pan with anything but a soft cloth. Nothing I do seems to remedy the situation. I will not be buying another ceramic pan.
The smaller pans are great but for some unknown reason, the large pan has almost no “nonstick” property. After just two months of use, this pan is completely ruined. The other two pans are in perfect condition. Makes no sense! So disappointing to not have the full set anymore.
Don’t you love when you purchase something after doing a lot of research and it turns out to be better than expected. Well, that’s my feeling with these pans. I’m in love with these and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.Not only do the pans look great, but the cooking is amazing. Perfectly non-stick and the temperature is distributed evenly, even in the large 12” pan. I’ve never had a pan cook as evenly as this one. We cook a lot of eggs. I’ve cooked about a dozen eggs in the last few days and every one of my eggs has cooked perfectly, over easy/medium (depending on preference), and easy to flip. I would recommend these pans to anyone that cooks. Especially since the price is not outrageous.
Love these pans. I have a set of 3 skillets, 3 different sizes. I like the low temp for cooking, and washing. I keep the smallest size on the cooktop to use most of the time. Have had them for at least 6 months now, and have no complaints.
