Phenomenal flat pan.
This is a great pan that it replaced. The last one that we had had Teflon and it was starting to wear after 15 years. Great thing about this and has a larger ledge than the one that replaced. Also, the ceramic is very easy to clean as well as the heat distribution is very even when placed in the center of the burner that you’re using. We have already roasted tomatoes, Sorrell, peppers, and onions, and none of them stick. Naturally, they made marks from burning it, but it was easy to wipe off, and there were no black stains afterwards. Just like brand new all over again! The handle is solid, and it cleans very easily without hardly any scrubbing. Just all you need is hot water, and some Dawn soap, registered nurse, and you can use it again with no problems. The pan came on time, it was packaged well, and once again, just a great flat pan to replace your old flat pan that you’ve become attached to. It doesn’t bend under extreme heat, and when you place cold water on it, it doesn’t to form like our old pan dead. Very solid metal used on this product. So:Get rid of it and get this one. You can thank me later. Very happy on this purchase.

Great Griddle Pan
We used this for the first time today to make pancakes and were quite pleased with the results. We purchased this item as a replacement griddle for an old Teflon flat pan, which was worn and showed signs of numerous scratches and marks. Hopefully we did not ingest too much Teflon over the years. This griddle pan is well made and feels good in your hands. The pan worked great and was very easy to clean after making pancakes. People just need to remember not to use any type of stray can cooking oils on the griddle. We would also highly recommend customers read about the limitations on this type of griddle, so they do not damage it during use. Besides the sprays not to use, do not wash in the dishwasher and do not use this on a heat setting above Medium. Otherwise, we are very happy with this product.

Good quality pan, cleans up well
Some complaints here about this not cleaning up well but I have not had that problem. I've kept the heat (gas) at no greater than medium and perhaps that's the key. After all, that's what the instructions say.Otherwise, it's so nonstick that everything just slides around and sometimes must be chased! LOL! That's what you expect, right? So far this is just what I was looking for in such a pan!...It's now 3 months later and it's losing its nonstick capabilities for some things. I'm not amused. Clearly there's still a ways for the technology to go before it can really replace Teflon.

Food Sticks After a Few Uses
Food Sticks Badly to this pan. We used heat no higher than 5-6 on our modern electric range and purchased silicon utensils in hopes of preserving this high priced pan. After just a few uses we noticed pancakes sticking, then the very 1st egg really stuck. It left spots that would not come off. Support said use magic erasers (we reluctantly bought & used ) still everything sticks. Support blames us and states no defect so no replacement or refund.

Decent pans with a few minor issues
I purchased this set to replace some existing nonstick cookware I had that was the older style. A family member has had two pieces of the same make and model GreenPan cookware (skillet and griddle) for a year now, and they have held up under household use.That said, I do have a couple of issues with the designs. First, they don't label the pots with their capacity on the bottom, as do pretty much every other pot I own. It doesn't really matter on the skillets, but for the saucepans and stock pots, it's nice to have that as a reference. They engrave their logo and some hieroglyphics on the bottom, so it wouldn't be much of a change to add labels like "2 Qt" as well. The second is I don't trust the size capacity they have given them. As an example, for the 3 qt saute pan was purchased to replace an existing 3 qt (printed on the bottom) saute pan, except the GreenPan one is about 3/4 the depth, so it won't hold as much as my old pot. As this is the pot I make mac and cheese in, this is significant.
