I absolutely love this little skillet. I purchased it to take with me on vacation but ended up not doing so. But, I use it almost every day. It doesn't stick, if used correctly, it doesn't flake around the edges like some pans, it hasn't scratched, and I feel better using something that isn't a Teflon-like product. I'm tempted to buy it in other sizes but my pot and pan shelves are packed to the brimming.

Excellent cooking food just slides off
It's great for making my daily eggs, no sticking and super easy to clean with a regular sponge. However, it scratches super easy. Mine actually already came with a little scratch on it before I used it. I'm afraid whether is healthy or not to keep using it.

We bought this in January 2025. I've had several GreenPan products that last a long time. This one has developed little pockmarks through the ceramic coating, like mini craters. We only use silicone utensils in it, no harsh scrubbing or cooking spray, I contacted the manufacturer and they had me send photos, which I did, and then they told me: "Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement." So it is not supported by the company, but I am getting a replacement for our own use as the surface is no longer smooth. And the explanation sounds a tad bogus.
This is a fantastic eco-pan--it is the second one I have bought within 10 years.
