A high quality, healthy, nonstick griddle for all your pancake needs! Cleans up in seconds.
We bought a new induction oven this past year, and because of that we needed to replace our cookware. We chose GreenPan primarily due to its healthier nonstick coating (ceramic) versus some chemical based coating, so when it came time to add a grill to our collection we decided to go with GreenPan once again due to the past quality that we experienced. This griddle has exceptional build quality, with enough weight to know it’s not going to warp or deform under high heat loads. The size is perfect for our Samsung induction cooktop and it can be used to cook a wide variety of meals. We used it to cook pancakes for Christmas this year and were able to fit about six pancakes at one time. With a little butter, the pancakes slid right off the griddle and cleaned up quickly.

Good quality and a healthy option
I’ve been using the GreenPan Valencia Pro 11” griddle for a couple of weeks, and I’m really impressed. The ceramic nonstick surface works amazingly well—nothing sticks, even eggs and pancakes slide right off. I also like that it’s PFAS-free, so it feels like a healthier choice for everyday cooking. The gray design look well. My only tip is to use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the surface and heat over medium heat.Overall, this is an excellent purchase if you want a durable, healthy, and versatile nonstick griddle. Highly recommend!

Induction ready - and great grill marks!
I recently got an induction cook top - great, except it seemed like only stainless steel, with all the clean up challenges, or cast iron were the only decent cooking options. I wanted a good grill pan that could kick up enough heat for a real, thick steak, but not way the usual ton of cast iron. This pan delivered! As an easy to clean, fast heating, high temp, grill marks ready pan, it is just about perfect. For true steak-sear purists, this pan still is about a 3~4, and if a perfectly seared New York strip is your requirement (and, frankly, also mine) then you, my friend, have really no option other than a good cast iron pan on your crazy expensive, don't drop that pan, induction cooktop. For the rest of us, I like the lighter weight of this grill pan, yet it has a dense, substantive feel. For nice, thick steaks, I'd give it 4-stark, no smoke, easy to vent, and cooks well while the convection stove top will prevent higher heat. I got pretty solid grill marks, very even internal temperature, and clean up was about as easy as asking the pan if it was clean yet.So.. nice weight, super easy to clean, minimal pan prep for your next grilling adventure, steaks grill great, burgers and things on a stick grill up event better... that's 5-star for me.

Stained Quickly
I bought this griddle June 2024 to use as a comal, to heat up tortillas, especially corn tortillas. It quickly built up stains to the point where no matter how I tried to clean it, it would not come off. I'm thinking this item is not meant to be used without oil? I always made sure to preheat it properly. Either way, too much money for an item that quickly got ruined. I have a frying pan from the same collection and it's perfect after over 1 year of pretty much daily use.

Truly an induction pan
Great pan! Cleans up so easily and works perfectly on Cafe induction cooktop with the burners that synchronize.

Good but not perfect
must say that the non-stick part of the iron only works by adding a little bit of oil, just as the specifications say. It works well for me when making arepas 🫓, I don't have to reapply oil for the arepas, it's just that the heat isn't distributed equally, the central part receives less heat and what's there takes longer to cook, I think it's because of my stove; but it doesn't work for me when making pancakes because they are thinner and I have to add a lot of oil. It seems to be of good quality. I have only used it twice. We will have to wait and see how long the coating lasts without being damaged. I recommend it but it is not for doing everything, you have to try it. I don't give it 5 stars because I bought it to make pancakes and it didn't work for me and I don't like that the manufacturer didn't think about making sure the handles don't get hot, they do get hot which seems impractical to me.

Grilling game-changer!
This pan is a grilling game-changer and worth making room for in your kitchen. I’ve cooked fish on it twice and it leaves beautiful grill marks with tender meat. It seems to distribute heat evenly. I’ve been careful to use non metallic utensils with it just in case, because I had another non-stick pan succumb early. You can grill in this pan without actually having to go out and fight with the barbecue in annoying weather. Or if Excel decides to shut down your power, you can manually light your gas burner and still cook. I suppose that means you could also take it camping. Clean up is easy and its small size makes storage wonderful.
